Wands at the Ready: North Tonawanda Youth Center Conjures Enchanting Harry Potter Trivia Challenge

NORTH TONAWANDA, NY – Young witches, wizards, and Muggles across North Tonawanda are invited to test their knowledge of the wizarding world as the North Tonawanda Youth Center prepares for a magical "Kids Trivia Challenge: Harry Potter Edition" on Monday, July 28.

Promising a "spellbinding good time," the event will be split into two sessions to accommodate different age groups. Students in grades K-5 will kick off the competition from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, followed by 6th graders and up from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The enchanting evening is scheduled to take place at Pine Woods Park, with The REC designated as the rain location.

Attendees are encouraged to immerse themselves fully in the Harry Potter spirit. Organizers are inviting participants to arrive in "full wizarding style," whether that means donning house robes, sporting house colors, showcasing lightning bolt scars, or even embodying full-on magical creatures. Teams presenting the best costumes will compete for "charming prizes."

Beyond the trivia, the Youth Center promises an immersive experience complete with "music worthy of the Yule Ball, jokes that even Fred and George would envy, and magical munchies to keep your energy up." Whether you align with Gryffindor bravery, Slytherin cunning, Ravenclaw wit, or Hufflepuff heart, this is a chance to win bragging rights and, potentially, a delightful Butterbeer treat.
