NORTH TONAWANDA, NY – Get ready to unleash your inner headbanger! "Thursdays on the Water," in collaboration with local heavy hitters BlackRoot, is set to transform the North Tonawanda waterfront into a haven for metal enthusiasts with a free "Heavy Metal Night."
The all-ages event will take place at 1300 River Road, offering five hours of high-octane music and community spirit. Doors are scheduled to open at 5:00 PM, inviting attendees to gather along the scenic Niagara River.
The evening's sonic assault will kick off promptly at 6:00 PM with a powerful set from BlackRoot, who are not only co-organizers of the event but also bring their own brand of raw energy to the stage, performing until 7:00 PM.
Following BlackRoot's performance, the acclaimed Metal Militia will take center stage, delivering two electrifying sets from 7:30 PM until 10:00 PM. Fans can expect an immersive experience of classic riffs and thunderous rhythms that define the heavy metal genre.
"Thursdays on the Water" is renowned for providing free, accessible entertainment to the community, and this event continues that tradition. While admission is completely free for all ages, organizers emphasize the importance of community support to keep these events thriving.
