Pine Woods Animal Hospital Hosts Pet Fair to Support Local Pets and Families in Crisis

North Tonawanda, NY - Pine Woods Animal Hospital is excited to announce that, for the first time, a Pet Fair is being organized by Melissa Aronica and Beca Gerevics on Sunday, July 27th, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The event will be held on the grass across from the hospital's Surgery Building, located at 570 East Robinson Street. All proceeds from the fair will benefit the Pet Emergency Fund, which helps local pets and families in crisis.
Attendees can look forward to a variety of fun activities, delicious food, and unique vendors. Chiavetta's BBQ will be on-site, offering a $17 meal deal, and Frankie Primo's +39 North Gelato Stand will be available to help guests cool off. Face painting will also be available for $5.
The North Tonawanda Fire Department will make a special guest appearance, providing a midday sprinkler stop-by just for the dogs. Additionally, Mayor Austin Tylec will be stopping by to show his support.
A Basket Raffle will feature a fantastic selection of donated baskets and big-ticket items, including a signed Buffalo Bills Khalil Shakir Cleat, Apple AirPods, a Nespresso machine, a MEGA wine basket, a Grill Set, and Buffalo Bisons Tickets. Raffle tickets will be sold for $10 per sheet for the basket raffle and in packs of 3 for $5 or 5 for $10 for the big-ticket items.
Tailor Mayde - Dog & Pet Photography will offer ball pit photo sessions for $50, with 50% of the proceeds going to the Pet Emergency Fund. 716 Puparazzi will also be present, offering powder effect photo magic for $50 per pet.
A 'Make Your Pup Cup Station' will enable dogs to create their dream treats, with staff volunteers on hand to assist. Adoptable dogs from 716 PAWS, Nickel City Canine Rescue, City of Buffalo Animal Shelter, and Queen City Pitties Animal Rescue will be available for adoption, giving attendees the chance to find their new best friend.
Vendors at the event will include Love My K9 Collars, The Noble Beast Dog Training, Canine Fitness Unleashed, LLC, BSquared Creations, Coot's Woodworks, Ohlson's Crochet, braidbabes, Buffalo Bling, Kristin Hadley (intuitive animal communicator), Better Together Pet Resource Center, RocDog Therapy Teams, WNYHeroes.org, That Vegan Witch, handmade macrame collars by Pine Woods Vet Tech Jessica, Held Earth Ceramics, Rachel Levin (Running Free Transport), and Cathie Dunn (author of Bunny in the Backyard).
