NORTH TONAWANDA, NY – Downtown North Tonawanda is gearing up for an unforgettable 2025, announcing two major community events designed to bring residents and visitors together for celebration, commerce, and connection: the "Arts & Eats on Webster" street festival in August and the "Lumber City Winter Walk & Tree Lighting" in December.


Arts & Eats on Webster: A Summer Celebration of Flavors and Creativity

Kicking off the festivities next year will be "Arts & Eats on Webster," a vibrant street festival set to transform the heart of Downtown North Tonawanda on Saturday, August 16th, and Sunday, August 17th, 2025, from 11 AM to 3 PM daily.


This highly anticipated event promises a feast for the senses, inviting attendees to:

  • Savor Culinary Delights: Explore $5 tasting menus specially crafted by talented chefs from several local North Tonawanda restaurants, offering a delicious tour of the city's culinary scene.

  • Sip Craft Cocktails: Enjoy unique craft cocktails created exclusively for the event, featuring liquors from Hartman's Distillery.

  • Shop Local Treasures: Browse and buy from the diverse specialty shops and boutiques lining Webster Street, and discover an array of unique goods at the Arts & Eats Market, showcasing makers and creators from across Western New York.

  • Experience Live Entertainment: Immerse yourselves in the lively atmosphere with live music and captivating dance performances taking place both on the street and on a dedicated performance stage.

  • Engage and Explore: Participate in demo classes and enjoy various activities sprinkled throughout both days, ensuring fun for all ages, including dedicated options for children.


Attendees can also pick up a special passport at the event and collect stamps from participating restaurants and merchant shops. Completed passports will be entered into a drawing to win a grand prize: a massive gift basket brimming with gift cards from over 10 local restaurants and merchants.

For a quarter-century, this beloved tradition has united families and friends, kicking off the festive season in Downtown North Tonawanda. The special anniversary event promises an evening filled with:
