Annual End-of-Summer Bash Promises Community Fun at Payne Park

NORTH TONAWANDA, NY – North Tonawanda residents are invited to mark their calendars for the highly anticipated annual End-of-Summer Bash, set to take place on Friday, August 22nd, from 4 PM to 7 PM at Payne Park.
This beloved community event, designed to bring families together for one last hurrah before the school year fully kicks into gear, promises an afternoon packed with free entertainment, food, and activities for all ages.
The bash is proudly co-hosted by the North Tonawanda Police Department (NTPD) and the North Tonawanda Fire Department (NTFD). Both vital community safety organizations will be on hand, not only providing a welcoming presence but also serving up free hot dogs, snacks, and refreshing drinks for all attendees. A significant highlight for younger guests will be engaging and educational demonstrations by both police and fire personnel, offering an exciting glimpse into their crucial roles in keeping North Tonawanda safe.
Adding to the festivities, the Community Health Alliance of North Tonawanda (CHANT)is a key co-sponsor, ensuring there's no shortage of fun. CHANT will be organizing plenty of games and exciting prizes, guaranteeing smiles and friendly competition throughout the afternoon.
And, of course, no summer celebration would be truly complete without a sweet treat. Jamie's Ice Cream will be joining the event, serving up their tasty scoops, providing the perfect cool finish to a warm summer day.
